Financial education

The objective of this program is to inform, educate and equip this new generation of women leaders to better manage their finances. We equip girls to make informed choices about their finances by building knowledge, financial skills and confidence in their financial independence.

WIA Mentoring

The WIA mentoring program helps young girls between the ages of 15 and 30 to discover their full potential and, above all, to fully exploit it.

Focused on capacity building, leadership and self-confidence improvement, this mentoring program facilitates the professional and cultural integration of immigrant girls & Women in Canada through twinning with mentors.

Desired impacts:

• Better self-confidence and better knowledge of their rights
• Strengthening of leadership, aptitudes, values and positive beliefs
• Development of constructive and optimistic thoughts towards the future
• Definition of short- and long-term objectives
• Active listening, emotional intelligence and communication

WIA Health

This program addresses various issues faced by women with regard to their physical health, mental health and well-being.

WIA Coaching & Consulting

This program is designed to support girls and women of Impact through workshops in order to help them discover their life mission, their identity and their value, and develop their talents while helping them achieve their projects. This program will allow them to maximize their full potential and develop academically, personally and professionally
